Welcome to LOKI Home. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to both online purchases and custom ceramic orders.

1. Products

We offer both ready-to-ship ceramics via our online shop and custom-made pieces for individuals or businesses. Each item is handcrafted in Zurich — slight variations in size, shape, or color are natural and reflect the uniqueness of handmade work.

2. Ordering Process

  • Online Shop: Orders are subject to product availability and will be confirmed via email.

  • Custom Orders: Customers must complete a request form, after which we provide a tailored offer. Production begins only after final approval.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is securely processed via Stripe. .

  • Full payment is required before shipping (for online shop) or before production begins (for custom orders).

4. Production Time (Custom Orders)

  • Most custom orders require 5–10 weeks from the moment of approval.

  • We will provide an estimated timeline once your order is confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship from Zurich, Switzerland.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (for online orders) or included in the custom offer.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the item is handed to the shipping provider.

6. Returns & refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we only accept returns in cases of damage or defect.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue and your order details. After review, we will offer you a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are not included in the refund.

  • Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and product designs are the property of LOKI Home and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

LOKI Home is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Zurich.
